This is the book that ruined my life in the best possible way.

After nearly giving up during the first book, A Court of Mist and Fury is where the series clicked for me. Feyre’s emotional aftermath matters. Her growth matters. The expansion of Prythian matters. And suddenly the story I thought I understood became something much bigger.

This is also where the relationships became the kind I obsess over: complicated, emotionally charged, built around being seen rather than simply being wanted. The Night Court changed the entire energy of the series for me.

I went from wondering whether ACOTAR was for me to being completely invested. That is a five-star turnaround.
